Brianna Townsley-Russell grew up in Danville, VA, and now resides in Martinsville, VA, with her husband, David, and their two children, Mckenna and Kingston (born in 2021 and 2025, respectively). With a lifelong passion for animals, Brianna found her calling in client care, where she focuses on ensuring pet owners feel supported and valued at every stage of their journey.
Brianna attended Tunstall High School before earning a Law Enforcement Certificate and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from DCC. While her studies opened doors to various career paths, her love for animals and desire to make a difference ultimately led her to veterinary care.
As a Client Care Coordinator, Brianna is dedicated to building trust with clients by understanding their unique backgrounds and histories. She takes pride in creating meaningful connections and providing compassionate, professional service, ensuring every client and their pet feels welcomed and cared for.
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beach and lake, camping, and riding four-wheelers. She also has a creative side, with talents in writing, cooking, and photography. Inspired by her grandmother’s strength and independence, Brianna strives to set a positive example for her children and draws motivation from the unwavering support of her family.
Through life’s challenges, Brianna has learned to embrace new adventures and never take anything for granted. She believes in making the most of every moment, both personally and professionally.
